Preparation of plans and specifications for site grading, site utilities, drainage and paving for a 200,000 sq. ft. entertainment venue, event center, and 550 room hotel tower expansion to existing facility. Included revamping parking and traffic circulation for a total of over 4,000 surface parking spaces (approx. 50 total acres).
Calera Wastewater Treatment Plant
Design permitting and construction administration tasks for a new mechanical wastewater treatment plant of approximately 0.3 mgd. Processes included extended aeration, aerobic sludge digestion, dewatering and sludge storage facilities.
Bryan County Rural Water District #5
Hydraulic system modeling, design and permitting for the construction of over 22 miles of 6” thru 12” waterline; three 300 gpm booster pump stations; and three potable water storage tanks.
Cherokee Nation Casino & Resort, Roland
Preparation of plans and specifications for site grading, site utilities, drainage and paving for an 80,000 sq. ft. casino, 75 room hotel tower, and approx. 300 space parking garage. Included revamping parking and traffic circulation for a total of apx 1,000 surface parking spaces.
